Zeyna

Female
Appx 2.5yrs
Anatolian mix – XL

-Spayed Up to date on all core vaccines
-Microchipped

Dog – Yes she’d love a respectful dog friend to play with! She just needs slow introductions to feel safe.
Cats – She has lived with cats and with proper introductions she doesn’t mind them.
Children – She is drawn to children. Loves them
Ideal Home – Fenced yard, limited stairs

Due to family crisis and no fault of her own, Zeyna is again searching for her own family.
Zeyna has weak back legs that have been left crooked from being hit by a car as a puppy. The vet that treated her at the time has said all that could be done has been done.

She has/had a ramp but won’t use it as it’s too long. Despite her injuries and limitations Zeyna loves to zoom and play, She’s a happy enthusiastic girl. She loves people, she loves when it’s her turn for pets and snuggles. In her time here she has made some great dog friends, but she tires easily so a respectful dog friend would be perfect.

Stairs are not great for this girl but she can manage a few. Backyard is a must she LOVES her zoomie time and her previous injuries mean no long walks. At present she does still need help getting in a car but she is learning how to maneuver it. A ramp would be a definite asset for this.

Zeyna is a big girl that will always need help with certain things. She will require a home that is prepared to help.

At this time she also needs a seat belt or to be crated in the car because she just wants to sit in your lap while you drive the silly girl.

Zeyna has a sweet disposition. She is house trained, not destructive in the home. She is not crate trained.

She only has accidents inside now if I don’t get her outside fast enough. She sleeps in a crate with no problems, settles pretty quick.

SALLY

Available for foster/adoption

Current Location Petawawa region

Sally is a 3 year old whippet mix. Spayed, all core vaccines being completed, microchipped .

Kids? Yes please! Sally loves children

Dogs? Yes please! Sally loves dogs

Cats? We are not sure she hasn’t met one that we know of but she did meet the emergency fosters ferret recently without incident.

Sally finds herself in need of a forever home through no fault of her own.

She is a little timid but warms up very quickly.

This little girl is all about the snuggles, and if she’s allowed she will choose to sleep all tucked in with you.

She’s learning leash skills and doing pretty good considering it’s new for her.

She’s not crate trained. Right now she’s scared of her crate, the fosters are working to help her see this as a safe space but she’s not there yet.

She’s currently living very happily with 4 dogs, 2 children and a ferret. She gladly shares her space, bones and toys with the the dogs, no guarding issues.

She’s starting to show her playful side now that’s she’s relaxing. She’s a goofy little girl who will zoom but prefers to zoom with another dog.

She’s pretty chill most of the time though, well suited for a family looking for a medium energy dog to share their lives with.
